Happy end of summer!

As you have noticed I have not written in quite some time. I have been a very busy beaver this summer with all kinds of fun activities. We visited the Cape a few times. That is always fun. I hate to admit that I like the Cape more so in the fall + winter. There are just too many tourists, traffic, and long lines. We also took a day trip to Portsmouth, NH. It was so beautiful. We had never been. We saw some boats, had a walking Sunday (a huge ice cream Sunday in a waffle cone), stopped in a few toy stores, but mostly just walked around and window shopped. We also managed to squeeze in a few trips to Townshend, VT. We enjoyed blueberry picking, the Dam Diner, Manchester outlets, the Townshend Fair, and Dorset Quarry.

All and all it was wonderful.

Now, the oldest is back to school. I am realizing how much he grew this summer. He has gotten much taller. The baby on the other hand…not so big. He really is a tiny peanut. I hope you all had a great summer.
