Update: My veggie garden (1 week)

I went away for the weekend, and this is what we came home to.

Can you believe it? In just week, our Broco-Rhabi has gone nutso. It’s great. We also are seeing some sprouts from the spinach and carrots. Can’t wait to see what happens for week 2.
